Conditions - 2/18/2008

Good Afternoon,

Well it really was a busy weekend throughout the north woods. Not only was it busy, but it was a nice 4-5 day weekend for alot of folks. With all that said, is now clean up time, and time to get ready for the week ahead. The trails over the weekend did see alot of traffic, but remain in Very Good to Excellent condition. Our grooming was constant through the weekend, and it was needed, as usual. On some of the tighter trails, icy corners were present. Specifically, trail 2 from Cty W to Clear lake road had icy sections, as well as trail 6 from trail 2 until the WI/PI system. Other than that we are in really good riding condition. Yesterday, we did get 3+ inches during the day and night, and we could see more over the next 48 hrs. Cooler temps will again be common through mid-week. So here's the deal, another great week and weekend ahead for all of our winter sports.

By the way, the chocolate did work, and the webcam is running again. Oh yeah, and thanks to the southern IL. group for the left over parts...
